  • Individuals with gaps in their work history dues to personal circumstances

  • Must be referred by or connected with a DV support organization (or self-identity)
     

  • Safe stable access to remote participation (confidentiality prioritized)
     

  • Commitment to 16 weeks of training

  • Partnerships with women's shelters, DV hotlines, and advocacy nonprofits
     

  • Private, trauma-informed marketing through referral networks
     

  • Employer outreach to companies with strong DEI and survivor-friendly policies
