One of the best feelings after submitting a job application is getting that interview. Sometimes we feel confident about what to say, how to maintain the correct posture, have a firm handshake, etc... Although sometimes some questions that interviewers ask can stump us and have us thinking a little bit. Some questions we can answer very quick and confidently. In an interview, you want to answer thoroughly and precisely. One of the questions that I feel may stump most people would be about strengths and weaknesses. I feel like that stumps a lot of people because you have to think about what you do very well and what skills you may have to work on, yet you don't want to say the wrong thing to contradict what you've said.
